The story:
This quilt was designed specifically for the Pensacola Quilters Guild, 2006 Quilt Show, silent auction. The fabrics are a collection of three generations of fabrics. I inherited the oldest fabrics from my Grandmother.

Description:
The quilt center is a 16 inch square with a hand appliqued vase and flowers. It has a 1 inch inner border, a pieced 3 inch middle border, and a 3 inch outer border. The vase was paper-pieced and then hand appliqued. The pieced middle border uses a wide variety of 1 inch squares. The binding is hand finished.Detail images:
