This orginal quilt design came from my love of Americana quilts and fabrics. The large red stars are accented with the blue and white fabrics. The pieced ribbon border and setting corner squares are a nice "frame" for the center design. The quilt top is heavily machine quilted with a new quilting design made specifically for this quilt. The backing of the quilt is pieced using the blue fabric from the top and a script fabric. The binding is hand finished.
