The story:
"Duke" was our 15 year old lovable hound dog. If there is a dog heaven, we are sure he is enjoying running with the pack. The center of this quilt was made from scraps left over from a quilt my daughters and I made for their youngest brother, Ben. Ben's quilt started out as a lap, but with all three of us cutting fabric, it ended up as a LARGE twin with leftover squares. The hunting fabric gave a good border and backing for these leftovers.

Description:
This quilt center has scrappy (7 1/4") "Puss in the Corner" blocks in earth tones enclosed by a thin 3/4" border. A wide, scenic fox and hound hunting theme fabric forms the outer border. It is machine quilted and the binding is finished by hand.Detail images:
